5.01 Tuition Fee And Manner of Payments

That the Student Intern agrees to pay Edifice for tuition fee, a fixed fee of $5,000 in Canadian Funds

That payments to Edifice on account of its tuition fee shall be made by the Student Intern as follows:

Upon signing of the agreement:

· The Amount of $1,000 of the said tuition fee as an application deposit via PayPal.

The balance ($4,000) shall be paid in two equal payments:

· $2,000 via PayPal on or before January 1st 2022
· $2,000 via PayPal on or before February 1st, 2022
