Well folks, 2026 marks the 25^th anniversary of the debut issue of Edifice Magazine Number One. We decided back in 2011 that we could no longer print a physical magazine because overhead costs became outrageous making it almost impossible to carry on as a small independent Canadian magazine so we decided to go fully digital… hey, I thought in the new age of e-readers (remember those) everyone would embrace the technology. Apparently, the consumer was not ready at all, and we decided to go the way of single articles posted to our website.

Our subscribers have lamented that full issues of Edifice are no longer available, and have been petitioning us for a return of Edifice in some form or the other.

For lovers of the Real McCoy, every Spring Equinox moving forward, a fully bound book will be available for purchase (on demand, as well as electronic) as a year in review compendium of Edifice | Old Home Living Book Series. The first book may appear as early as April 14th, 2026.

We have always prided ourselves in creating content and instruction that never stale dates and is cherished by our former subscribers to the printed magazine. Our promise to our former and new subscribers is that our content will not change from our original mandate all those years ago!
